How it works: Your path to quality in home pediatric care
At ADONIS CARES, we make the process of securing home health services for your
loved one simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Step 1: Initial Call & Needs Assessment
We start with a friendly phone call to gather basic information and complete a preliminary needs assessment. Next, we schedule an in-home meeting with your family to get to know your child and assess their medical needs in person.
Step 2: Custom Care Plan
Following the in-home meeting, our licensed medical staff designs a personalized care plan tailored to your child’s specific medical needs.Our clinical team designs a plan and handles GAPP paperwork.
Step 3: Caregiver Match
Once the care plan is approved, we carefully select a qualified, compassionate caregiver or nurse to provide care. We consider important details like your loved one’s medical requirements, personality, interests, and your family’s preferences to ensure the best possible match. To ensure consistent, high-quality care, a supervisory nurse makes regular unannounced visits during care hours for ongoing support and quality assurance.

Is ADONIS CARES Licensed?
Yes. ADONIS CARES is a state-approved and licensed home healthcare agency in the state of Georgia. We are obligated to follow the law and be properly licensed by both local and state rules.
How are your employees screened?
We only hire employees who have successfully passed several pre-employment tests to determine dependability, integrity, and tendencies toward abuse. All employees must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and DMV record check. Professional and personal references are confirmed. In addition, we are a drug-free work environment. All of our employees have verified current car insurance, are covered by workman’s compensation and are fully insured. Social Security and I-9 verification are completed.
How do we get started?
It is as easy as calling +1-888-689-5887 to notify us of your needs. We will set up an in-home assessment or consultation with you and your family at your convenience to determine specific needs and to develop a comprehensive plan of care. The free initial assessment will be completed by one of our experienced registered nurses.
Do I need to pay money upfront?
No. There is no payment due upfront for services. If you or your loved one is under age 21 and is eligible for the Children Healthcare Program, no payment will ever be due since it is a program that is paid for through Medicaid. If you are seeking private care, payment would not be due until after the initial assessment and matching of the caretaker has been established.
Are there a minimum number of required days and/or hours of service?
One of the things that sets us apart is that we have a one-hour minimum for each visit. Also, it is possible to extend the work hours and days up to full time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if the need arises.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Unlike some companies, ADONIS CARES does not lock you into a long-term contract. You are only charged for the actual hours that one of our caregivers is in your home. You will need to sign a Service Agreement showing our commitment to provide the services you need and the days and times you choose. As needs may change, our nurse will always be available to reassess our clients and provide advice for changes in care. You can change or stop service at any time with no penalties.
